Tones TCG Welcome Center!

Hello, new players - and welcome to Tones TCG!
We are an eTCG with a small community, and after a while everyone will get to know everyone else: their fandoms, likes, hobbies, stuff like that.
We want it to be easy for new players to mingle and have fun here, so this is a sort of 'welcome center' for introductions.

Commenting to this post with an intro will net you ten random cards and one note of each colour!
It doesn't have to be long: tell us your name, what series you like (so we know what cards to offer you)
and maybe some little things that you feel comfortable sharing with everyone here.

Current players are also welcome to comment! As long as you haven't written here before, it's always open.

If you have questions about the tcg or using a site, we're here to help always.

okay sooo... here goes!

hey everyone, the name's eon! I'm one of the mods over at Tones TCG. you can usually see me running around here twice or thrice a week - if there are any questions that you have, i'm here to help and answer them! or if you just want to chat, I like to make friends.

I'm in the GMT +8 timezone and I use they/them pronouns! for now my main fandoms are samurai warriors, uta no prince-sama (i'm responsble for most of the decks), prince of stride, and shin megami tensei. I'm also marginally into most idol games like deresute, lovelive, show by rock, stuff like that.

Hey everybody, I'm Lee! I LOVE TONES. I'm also in a bunch of other TCGs and up to trading everywhere~ I'm 25, from New York, what is gender, this is my personal ad, etc.

I like anime (duh), I realized recently I'm really into josei, what is that. Cowboy Bebop is my favorite series ever, but I'll try just about anything. Action and anything "deep"/depressing is usually up there for me, oops. Specifically, I like the Monogatari series a lot, Evangelion, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, HAIKYUU. Satoshi Kon's works are godly, in my opinion. Here's my My Anime List, please feel free to talk to me about any anime ever. I have a problem.

I also love Nintendo games. Luigi's Mansion, Pikmin, and The World Ends with You are probably my favorite games. I love the stupid shrug emoji.

bawww thank you Eon, I think you're fantastic too. MAN LET ME TELL YOU, I'd donate the opening here, I could FIND that. I want to donate more to LB but I don't know where to look for images. The only reason I ever donated decks back in the day to other TCGs is because Anime Paper or whatever it was existed.

if you have the emulated version fo it it should be possible.... check minitokyo? i nabbed most of my stuff from there :O

I JUST HAVE TO SAY your collection is so cute...?! All your little figures are so small and precious, and those are some of the coolest Mikurus I've ever seen!

i like katanagatari (!!!!!!!), naruto, psycho-pass, haikyuu...a collection of seiyuu >_> and horror anime.

Hello, Tones!! My name is Trap! I live in the US, and when I'm not busy with school, I play video games and roleplay, mostly!

My current love is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, but I also have deep roots in samurai hell (Sengoku Basara, Gintama, Hakuouki, Samurai Warriors, etc!). I haven't really gotten into anything new lately, so you'll have to deal with me continuing to donate JoJos and old anime OP/EDs, I'm gomen. (But not too gomen.) Hi, everyone!! My name is Mal!! I used to play here, but I quit for irl reasons, and now I'm back!

I'm 24 and I live in the CST time zone. I identify as bigender, but use primarily male pronouns now, but female ones are fine, too, still! My current fandoms are One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, Pokemon, Zero Escape, and Yokai Watch, though I do have a lot of other fandoms I'm into! I play lots of video games and I collect figures. I just got into One Piece last December and I already have 10 figures from the show..... Please save me.

Hi, everybody! I'm Amber and I LOVE THIS TCG A LOT. I'm 21, currently living in Kansas, and I'm basically nocturnal so I'm on at all sorts of weird hours someone in CDT shouldn't be up at. I also really enjoy chattering to people about something or another, so let's be friends!

Fandoms-wise, I'm pretty all over the place but Etrian Odyssey is the quickest and easiest way to my heart. I also really love Pokemon, Assassination Classroom, Inazuma Eleven (one day I'll donate InaIre decks. one dayyyy), Shin Megami Tensei, Owari no Seraph, Tales of, Rave Master, and Shaman King.

Hello! My name is Tanna, and I started playing TCGs back in January. Tones was my first TCG, and it's one of my favorites!

I'm 18 years old, I live in the United States, and I'm a cis female.

When it comes to anime I like, I'm currently HELLA DEEP into Osomatsu-san. Seriously, those idiot sextuplets are ruining my life.

I also love Ojamajo Doremi (childhood), Cardcaptor Sakura, aaaand basically any magical girl anime oops.

I also like playing video games, reading, and going for walks around the block.

hello!!! i'm dina and i'm 24 16 years old. i live in germany, that's in europe btw, so if games are posted ridiculously early or late, you can guess it's because of timezone differences. as you can see, i'm also a mod here! i'm a little scatterbrained, but i'm working on it. ∠(･ω･」 ∠)_ i love seiyuus, and tsukiuta has been ruining my life for over two years now.. i also really like bpro and starmyu - in general, it's easy to bait me with good seiyuu music.

It's nice to see this tcg still around, I'm always a sucker for OP/ED tcgs even though I...barely watch anime anymore oops. But I'm working on getting back into the new stuff!! ~~I just finished watching Gangsta and while I'm sad there'll never be a second season *sob* that OP is so getting donated~~

Hi! The name is Miri, and this is my first time venturing into DW-based TCG land, so bear with me! (xD) I'm a 20-something girl living in Texas, trying to figure out what I want to do with my life. Currently, I work for the government and am hoping to apply for a PhD program within the next 1-2 years (yikes). In my spare time, I love to dance, work out at the gym (Zumba is my drug, I tell you...), play with my two cats, and sing karaoke! I started playing TCGs in 2005, I think Bon Appetit was my first one, but took a hiatus between 2011 and now. I'm back though, and ready to get active again :) As for fandoms, I love any sort of magical girl anime, Game of Thrones, J-pop idols (especially Morning Musume), and League of Legends. I play way too many video games for my own good...
