Anniversary '16 - Day 6

'Sup, Tones? Welcome to Day 6 of our Anniversary Event! Today, we're doing something a little different--nonograms!

Nonograms (also called picross or hanjie) are a logic puzzle, a little bit like a crossword and a little bit like sudoku, that consists of a grid and numbers along the left side and the top. The numbers tell you how many squares in that row or column is filled in, and in which order; do it correctly and an image will be revealed! For example, if a row has a 4, you know that 4 squares in a row are filled in! If a row has a 2 and a 1, you know that 2 squares are filled in, and then 1 square, with at least one space between the two. Here's an example of what a completed nonogram would look like:

I used dark blue for the filled squares, and light blue for the non-filled ones. I recommend doing something similar--often, knowing which squares aren't filled is just as important to solving the puzzle as figuring out which ones are filled! A far better explanation of the rules can be found here!

Today, I have two puzzles for you:

If you solve one of the puzzles, I'll give you anniversary1611 and anniversary1612. If you solve both, I'll throw an extra four random cards and one note in!

Like all of the Anniversary games, this game will close on February 10th on the latest timezone in the world. Have fun!
