Would I be able to donate the individual member covers from the Solo Live! Collection Memorial BOX II as puzzle decks? Or would the image used for the box that packaged/contained all the CDs (which is this) be considered the cover for it?

I ask because when I was filling the form out to donate it, I realized I wasn't sure what the "Sequence" would be so then I wondered if donating something like this was even allowed since it's not exactly an OST, drama CD, or OP/ED single!
