Hey all, I'm Kiri! It's a pleasure to meet you, and I'm very excited to be on the staff team here.

I'm here now to welcome everyone to day two of the prejoin event, which I've decided to call Brainstorming time!! This here is a discussion post that will be (hopefully) very easy to participate in, and give you a chance to win a good amount of cards to help build your trading and collecting piles up until services open when grand opening arrives. It'll give you a chance to earn a bit of currency to save up, too!

Comment here linking to a video of an opening/ending/insert/vocaloid song that you like and would like to see eventually end up with a deck here to get 2 random cards. Here's the extra fun part - you can comment with up to ten songs (ten links) making the total amount possible to win here 20 random cards. As an added bonus, you'll receive one random music note per five songs (links), making the total possible amount of music notes to be earned 2!

So, if you choose to contribute to the max, you'll get rewarded to the max. 20 random cards and 2 random music notes will come your way.

The goal here is to help everyone think of ideas of possible decks to donate for grand opening or any other time in the future, and to make it easier to trade around until there will be more opportunities to earn cards and expand your trading piles!

Along with every other prejoin discussion and game, this will close on January 7th (GMT-10). This post will remain unscreened, no need to link to your game thread here! I will be replying to comments asap as they come in.

i've been working on capping some ops all morning but i just can't seem to get 40 unique caps lmao ;w; hopefully i'll figure it out

Oh no, I hope you'll be able to! Let's see, if I had any advice to give you, maybe make sure to cap scenery/animals/etc. if you haven't already, since those are usually used here and there in decks as well. :o

But, if you're really stuck, you're free to send the screencaps you do have over to my dreamwidth account and if I think I can work with them to make a deck then you can always just put "Kiri has the images!" and donate them on the donations post, and I could make those decks for you! That way it'd get past the 40 image minimum on the donation post.

i'm into some older series that have a tendency to do lots of stills since i guess it was cheaper animation wise, i think one of the problems might be lack of material. ;w;

that's so kind of you! i may need to take advantage of that offer if i find i'm just not doing it, a lot i'm only getting 30-35 for and it's frustrating ;w;

I can definitely see how that would be a pain, erk @_@ To be honest, when capping for decks myself, I usually aim for the 25-35 image mark and haven't had any problems with that method yet, so I really don't think it would be much trouble for me to work with the 30-35 images you could provide for the decks you're interested in donating.

Don't stress yourself out too much! The offer is always out there, so \o/
