Below, I have five screencaps of what's either an OP, ED or PV. All I want to know is the song title, singer, whether it's an OP/ED/PV, and the anime (producer, for PV) it comes from.

For each correct answer (song title, singer, sequence and anime), you'll get two cards (for a total of ten cards.) If you get all correct, I'll throw in an extra card and random note (for a total of eleven cards and a random note.)
