Below, I have five screencaps of what's either an OP, ED or PV. All I want to know is the song title, singer, whether it's an OP/ED/PV, and the anime (producer, for PV) it comes from.

(For anyone who answered before this edit, I'll be giving this as a freebie.  I didn't realize the image before was an edit.)

For each correct answer (song title, singer, sequence and anime), you'll get two cards (for a total of ten cards.) If you get all correct, I'll throw in an extra card and random note (for a total of eleven cards and a random note.)

Like all pre-join games and posts, this goes till January 7th (GMT -10). And please link me to your Prize Thread so I can give you your prize.
