FAQ

Is there something you’re unsure of after reading the information page on the TCG? Or, maybe, you have a question regarding a particular situation or service. Whatever the case may be, you’ve come to the right place. Leave your questions here, and the staff team will be with you as soon as possible!


Q. When donating decks for Vocaloid PVs, should I go with the Japanese title or the English/translated title?
A. Whichever title you feel is more well-known to the fandom!

Q. Do member cards count toward my trade count? How about my card count?
A. Yes and no! Your member card is not considered an actual card, so it won't count towards your card count, but it does count for trades.

Q. Can I apply for a mastery if I have all cards from a deck pending?
A. It depends on where they’re pending from. If they’re pending from any of the official services, yes. However, if they’re pending from trades, you’ll have to wait until the trades are completed.

Q. Can I give out cards for free?
A. Yes, yes you can! In these circumstances, the music sheet trade point would only count for the person who doing the giving, since they are losing that card.

Q. What about currency? Can I trade it or give it to anyone as a gift?
A. Yes and yes. you’re free to trade currency however often you’d like. It won’t count toward your trade count (or for the player you’re giving it to), but you’re welcome to hand it out as gifts as well.

Generally, it'd be through either the 'Quit Tones' option in the member panel - it should be on the services page where'd you normally level up/master decks - or the information change page. I believe you should, once removed, be able to rejoin using the same information/e-mail as before, but if there's any problems with that, we can figure a fix out.

I can go ahead and remove you manually, though, so you don't have go through the extra steps!
