I don't listen to character songs much..but I have to say it's the characters, but it turns out I love the seiyuus too.

Netsu no Kakera from Kuroko no Basket, Aomine Daiki's character song because god his voice sounds really amazing in it

OK WELL I REALLY DON'T LISTEN TO A LOT OF CHARACTER SONGS so Kentai Life Returns has to be my favorite. Sugita sings terribad and I love it, especially when he just outright laughs during it, LOL. Plus Kyon is husbando forever etc. etc.

Mata Ashita! is cute, it's just... everyone in Ouran, lmfao, that counts as a character song, right?? XD

Kumikyoku "Lucky Star Douga" is sort of right because I think it has literally every song in Lucky Star included in it. My personal favorite is Shiraishi singing the version of Mikuru's song Koi no Mikuru Densetsu at 3:49. Frankly, it makes me laugh really fucking hard and sing it dramatically everytime I hear it, LMFAO.

Lately, it's all about Pon de Beach! Hibiki has a lot of good character songs, but her newest DLC song is so beachy and energetic. It's actually my ringtone!

I'm also embarrassed but in love with Houkago Jump. The Futami twins, also voiced by Asami Shimoda, actually predate Len and Ren from VOCALOID. Clearly, they're the superior twins.

Jitensha is one of the best songs in idolm@ster, though, belonging to Makoto. Her voice is amazing.

1. Atobe's October but really everything Suwabe, this man is god to me.
2. Shiraishi's Go On though tbh I love Hosoya's voice and basically all his character songs (/u\) This one's just super catchy and one I remember looping tons when it first came out <33
3. Yukimura's Emerald Line!! I love this album so much, all the songs are nice and refreshing and Nagai is wonderful \o/
4. Sanada's Kirisame; I also love Sanada's album, I love that Sanada has amazing character songs so I can sit there and imagine him doing karaoke because he's just so serious and I'm trying not to laugh /o\
5. Tezuka's White Message even though it sounds to me like every Tezuka song is him about to cry, haha. I enjoy Tezuka songs whenever I want to relax and be mellow~
6. Kirihara's Akaku Someru Tsuki lmao I listened to this before every tennis match in high school to get my blood pumping with power and rage ;P It wasn't very helpful.

I think Hetalia is the only anime I've bothered with when it came to character songs.

Aiyah, 4000 Years (Yuki Kaida, China) is probably my favorite when it comes to these songs because it doesn't sound... superficial(?)

Hamburger Street (Katsuyuki Konishi, Amercia) is the complete opposite. "Let's go to the Hamburger Street(o)!" Like it's completely stupid and funny, and America has a Japanese accent throughout the song.

Maji Kandou ☆ Hong Kong Night (Motoki Takagi, Hong Kong) reminds me of Vocaloid songs. (I think that explains itself.)

And then there's England's Pub and GO! I like Russia's character songs, and Germany's, but this is definitely my top 3.

There isn't a lot of character songs I like, but since it's only 3 songs I can manage.

1. Kise Ryota's character song.
2. Sakura Haruno's character song.
3. Gilbert Nightray's character song from Pandora Hearts

Since none of those are sung by my favourite VA, there is a character song (maybe? it's the ending theme of a series, sung by the character) just because I have to include Suzumura Kenichi somewhere. This is the ending of Code:Breaker. I haven't seen the series yet, but it's in my "to watch" pile.

Maaaan I typically don't listen to character songs, but Glasslip's set of character songs are really really good. (Also since K-ON songs were linked above, can't link those). So, Glasslip character songs because holy crap they're really good. Sachi, Momo, and Yanagi's songs are especially pretty.

Charasongs...... I.... barely listen to them ahahaha.... Okay but from what I do know (which is literally just Inazuma Eleven I'm sorry)

I like Kiyama Hiroto's Star Line, it's a rather soothing song.

If group songs count, then I LOVE Mata ne no Kisetsu, sung by Endou, Kazemaru, Gouenji, Kidou and Fubuki! It also acts as the ending song for Inazuma Eleven, so it's great *u*

This song, Eikou e no YELL, by the international team captains Fideo, Mark, Teres and Edgar makes me laugh a lot I DON'T KNOW WHY

Bad Brother Blues is also a hilarious character song, because Tsunami keeps telling Someoka, Tobitaka and Fudou that their worries are nothing compared to the vastness of the sea jdakhahd you dumb norinori butt.

Another great one is the duet between the two Raimon captains Endou and Tenma, Hontou ni Arigatou. It's a fitting ending song for the Inazuma Eleven GO series Q__Q

OH OH OKAY for a non-Inazuma character song, I love Kyouko and Sayaka's song, And I'm home, from Madoka Magica.

Since I just lost a longer comment, I'm just gonna say two.

First I. ng, sung by Yoshimasa Hosoya as Shiraishi Kuranosuke from Prince of Tennis. ngl, I'd listen to Hosoyan all day if I could. Especially as Shiraishi since his songs are very pretty.

Second Orange Rhapsody sung by Junichi Suwabe as Ren Jinguji from Uta no Prince-sama (Maji Love 2000%). Suwabe is another favorite seiyuu.

adding to the crowd of people whose only character song experience is like, hetalia stuff lmao. idk I just don't watch a lot of anime that has character songs I guess?? but man did I listen to all the hetalia songs way too many times during my major hetalia phase haha.

1. Einsamkeit (Hiroki Yasumoto) - Germany was one of my favorite characters and I just really like the sound of his voice??
2. Winter (Yasuhiro Takato) - ok this one's kind of hilarious because this is the exactly the kind of music I used to listen to. Russia was also one of my faves and then this song happened and I was like oh my god what are the chances of this.
3. Country From Where The Sun Rises, Zipangu (Hiroki Takahashi) - I don't really have a reason for this one I just think Japan's songs were pretty chill.

the character songs that instantly came to mind is the character songs from free! especially eternal summer. sousuke's songs literally killed me. especially Just Wanna Know in particular. this song makes me get teary eyed for some reason. Hosoya Yoshimasa's voice here isn't as deep as it was when voicing sousuke but it's so nice

I pretty much live off of the Digimon character songs all day, every day because so many of them are so, so good. I don't really have a preference for other series - I do favor a lot of seiyuu, so I tend to collect more things for people I like (like SuzuKen), but as long as the song is catchy I tend to enjoy it a lot.

I think these three I've had get stuck in my head the most this year, though, so let's use these for today:

o1. kuroshitsuji - sebastian: bokusatsu shitsuji sebas-chan so ono daisuke sat down one day and decided he was gonna do a cover of the beating angel dokuro-chan theme... as sebastian
o2. tokyo babylon - sumeragi subaru: deja vu the deal with this was that tb originally was a manga, and while it was running clamp hand-selected tracks to be put on mini character soundtracks, and there were a few hideaki matsuoka songs on them. it got kinda meta because they admitted they based subaru's character design on hideaki matsuoka. when the second ova was produced, he actually wrote the ending theme specifically for subaru from his pov, so while subaru technically had a seiyuu for the ovas, hideaki matsuoka is still basically irl subaru according to clamp and deva ju is a sanctioned song for him by them? :,)
o3. tokyo babylon - sumeragi subaru: vision and hideaki matsuoka took the "irl subaru" thing to heart and ended up creating a concept music video featuring him and animated by the producers of the ovas, also officially sanctioned by clamp
