Site Account - Registration Open!
I’m happy to inform that site services are ready for business and registrations are open! A big thank you to ![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)

Some pointers before we proceed with the move:
Join Info
No name changes please (because we’d need to make you a new member card as well), but updating all other info is all right. Feel free to reflect your new DW username/trade post etc if you moved recently and haven’t notified us.
Emails
Currently, Gmail accounts are working just fine.
If you are not receiving emails from the site services, there’s a chance that they’ve been sorted into Spam. If you’re still not getting any emails from the site, you may need to switch to using another email account. This can be easily done under the Edit your Member Info/Status page on the site.
Starter Pack
Existing players, you’ll get a starter pack after making a site account. If your chosen starter deck is a current or near future collecting deck and you’ve gotten duplicates in the starter deck, feel free to swap for another card from the same deck. If you got duplicates in the rest of your starter pack, you can’t swap them, sorry!
Comment here with your card swap. Feel free to just comment, log and take your card without waiting for my reply, just like you'd do for a deck release. :)
Quick example, you have magia01, magia16 and shinsekai05 in your near future collecting. You pick magia as your starter deck and received magia05, a duplicate magia16 and a duplicate shinsekai05. You may swap magia16 for another magia card you don’t have because magia is your starter pack. You’ll have to keep the duplicate shinsekai05 however.
I’m not going to be checking very closely on this, I trust you all.
Member Cards
Existing players need not apply for member cards. Requests for member card changes will not be entertained.
Approval
When you first join, your name will be shown under Pending. Existing players will be approved as soon as I’m online, and you will be updated to your most recent level.
Players under Pending can play games. However, they will not be able to access site Masteries and Rankings services.
Masteries & Rankings
Feel free to start using the services as soon as you’re approved!
Some things to note, please fill up one form per mastery or level-up you submit.
Chaining masteries is perfectly okay.
For levels, if you’re jumping 2~3 levels, be sure to fill up one form per level up, or else you’ll only be getting rewards for one level-up when you should be getting 2~3 sets.
Temp Log
A note on this, it’s still not working the way I want it, but I’ve hit a brick wall on fixing this…
It records your activity on the site just fine, so it thankfully still serves its basic purpose. However, while running tests, I couldn’t get it to archive properly so once the temp log exceeds a certain length, the text gets cut off.
My work-around then is to reset your temp logs on the 1st day of every month. That way, it’s unlikely your logs will get chopped off at the end, and you don’t have to deal with an ever-growing temp log.
Once again, the temp log is not meant to replace your card log. It’s supposed to be a (admittedly unreliable…) back-up in case you missed your rewards the first time round.
By the way, the temp log won’t record your starter pack. But you should be getting a starter pack email in case you lost your rewards.
Error Reporting
For this move, you can leave your comments here. But going forward, you can head over to the Error Reporting post on DW if you encounter any problems for site stuff.
